Refunds & Exchanges
Clothing (apart from lingerie and gowns) can be exchanged for other sizing or store credit if we are contacted & the item is postmarked within 14 days of receiving the item. In the rare case we cannot exchange for the exact item alternate options will be given. Buyer assumes costs of shipping the original item back but the second item will be shipped at no additional charge.
Unfortunately we cannot accept returns for a full refund at this point in time. However be assured we will always do everything within our power to make sure you end up with a perfect item. Items sent back without getting in touch with us via email will be sent back to you. Please contact us prior to returning any items. Lingerie cannot be exchanged.
Depending on fabric content & style the sizing on our items can be unique to the item. Please see the page of the item you are interested in to see recommended sizing. If you are unsure about what size to purchase please contact us using the form on our contact page, or below and we will be in touch ASAP with our recommendations for sizing.
Every item has a shipping timeline associated with it, these can vary depending on how busy we are. If you order multiple items the longest shipping time applies, if you would like your items to ship as ready please contact us. If you need an item rushed please do not hestitate to contact us PRIOR to ordering. PLEASE NOTE: As noted on the shop page and the item pages there will be no made to order production happening during late May-early August 2022, any made or order items ordered during that time will be put into production upon the studio reopening in August.
